I am very pleased with arrangement I chose for my wife and how lovely and fresh it is. More importantly is the outstanding customer service by Joanne. I originally ordered the arrangement for Friday delivery but found out late Wednesday night that my wife was returning home Friday instead of Saturday; I called Joanne to see if I could get Thursday delivery and, without hesitation was told yes.
